This service is effective and called CBT. This service cannot be purchased until we have made sure the patient does not have obstructive sleep apnea. This means they must have had a sleep test done either on this website or with another reputable service within the last 3 years and read by a board certified sleep specialist who has determined that they do not have obstructive sleep apnea or any other sleep disorder that would preclude them from having this CBT therapy.
