This is a short telemedicine folllow up consult and will be done by a Board Certified MD or Dr. Joseph Zelk and other Board Certified sleep medicine MDs.. This is an interpretation of the progress you have made after titration of treatment on moderate to severe sleep apnea patients. You should have sent in a final end point HST so that this consult can evaluate the progress achieved and to see if a new direction or added treatment is needed. This consult is often needed to continue CPAP or oral appliance therapy for insurance benefits to be approved or not.
