Somnics also has the abiltiy to increase the suction power on this unit if you find the original setting too low. Please let us know if you need that. This will be done remotely. You do not need to send us the machine to have the pressures adjusted.
Refund Policy
“Our refund policy is the following:- Within the first 90 days only- We refund what the healthcare clinic paid us minus $250.- There is no refund before Somnics receives the device back (and ensures it is in good standing, not broken). It is up to the health clinic to pass along this policy (or not) to the patient. “ Somnics
The healthcare clinic dispensing the iNAP to the patient is responsible for giving the patient their own refund policy. Patients should not request refunds from Somnics and must return the iNAP to Somnics.
