This initial program allows you to treat snoring and offer products for sale and monitor patient health remotely. After 12 months the cost of this program drops to $280 per month ongoingly. $90 for the SBA membership and $200 from In Hand Health or Bodysite. Either of these companies will bill you separately.

The first three items above can be offered by your office for any fee you feel appropriate. For example each Circul ring can be sold for $450, or each home sleep study for $500.
This SCREEN, DIAGNOSE and TREAT (SDT) package is a minimum start up supply of rings and products needed to support the training of chiropractic sleep care through Sleep Balance Academy (SBA) with Dr. Shane Smith, DC and Dr. Richard Downs, DDS. Marketing will be done by Tristan Parmley, Tristan Schaub, Steve Tullius, Sparrow Social, BDC and others. This package includes 5 Circul+ rings, 2 large, 2 small and 1 extra large. It also includes 5 NasalAid nasal dilators. Two one gallon bottle of GUARD natural nasal cleansers will be included and will be part of the products you can offer to patients to open and maintain nasal patency and in-office income. It also includes one each of 2 sizes of the FDA approved SleepImage ring to do FDA cleared Sleep studies or instead, 5 NightOwl FDA approved sleep study devices. (The choice between these two different sleep study devices will depend on availability. but also if you primarily treat children or not. If you primarily treat children, please specify the Sleepimage device.) This package also includes 12 months membership in Sleep Balance Academy online sleep education for chiropractors. Also Included, is the software called In Hand Health or Body Site patient monitoring portal, including the costs of both the onboarding initial orientation training and 12 months of portal membership in which you will enroll 1000 patients with the patient phone app at $10-$20 each so you can easily monitor patient’s sleep self reporting to your office and be profitable doing so. It includes us coaching and monitoring of your progress. You will also get scripts to follow on the leads. It includes a slide deck for community sleep disorders seminars and webinars. Finally, it includes group online events training for 12 months to get you started.
After the initial 12 months on this program, you will then go off the monthly group coaching program and will revert to the monthly membership is Sleep Balance Academy of $90 per month and you will continue your membership with In Hand Health or Body Site ongoingly from that point forward at $200 per month. Your membership in SBA allows you to continue to purchase sleep products at SBA membership prices and also continuing education on new sleep health science as it progresses. Also new offers and benefits from SBA will continue. These fees are more than offset with the In Hand Health or Body Site patient monthly memberships for remote patient monitoring you will receive. This alone could bring in over $10.000 to $20,000 per month if you have 1000 patients enrolled.in remote patient monitoring.
Your membership in SBA will give you access to 41 hours of PACE approved CE credits and a Certificate of Completion. You must have a certificate to be able to treat patients.
