Sleep Balance Academy 5 Month SDR Subscription Nasal Health Program

$1,300.00 every month for 5 months

This initial program allows you to treat snoring, nasal health and offer products for sale and monitor patient health remotely. After 5 months the cost of this program drops to $280 per month ongoingly. $90 for the SBA membership and $200 from In Hand Health or Bodysite. Either of these companies will bill you separately.

In this 5 Month program you get:

  1. 5 Circul+ monitoring rings with a value of $1495.00. This item is sent in month 3.

  2. 4 NightOwl home sleep study devices $ 24,000.00 is the total if 120 studies using this device are sold at $200 each. The actual cost of this that you purchase is $1200 but in included in this purchase of this package. This item is sent in month 4. Or…………

  3. Or 2 SleepImage home sleep study devices $ 24,000.00. This item is sent in month 4. This value is computed by 120 sleep studies done at $200 each. Again, the actual retail cost of these two rings is $600 but they have unlimited uses and we will give you another 20 sleep study nights with this option to equal an additional $600 of value.

  4. One gallon of HOCL nasal rinse retail value $2560.00. This item is sent in month 1.

  5. 5 NasalAid nasal dilators $ 150.00. This item is sent in month 1.

  6. 5 Months membership in SBA $ 450.00. This benefit is started immediately.

  7. 5 Months membership in Bodysite RPM software $1500.00 (we pay for). This product is paid monthly by SBA.

The first three items above can be offered by your office for any fee you feel appropriate. For example each Circul ring can be sold for $450, or each home sleep study for $500. Nasal rinses and NasalAids can be offered continuously for sale.

This SCREEN, DIAGNOSE and REFER (SDR) package is a minimum start up supply of rings and products needed to support the training of chiropractic sleep care through Sleep Balance Academy (SBA) with Dr. Shane Smith, DC and Dr. Richard Downs, DDS. Marketing if offered by Tristan Parmley, Steve Tullius, Sparrow Social, BDC and others. This package includes 5 Circul+ rings, 2 large, 2 small and 1 extra large. It also includes 5 NasalAid nasal dilators. 1 gallon bottle of GUARD natural nasal cleansers will be included and will be part of the products you can offer to patients to open and maintain nasal patency and in-office income. It also includes one each of 2 sizes of the FDA approved SleepImage ring to do FDA cleared Sleep studies or instead, 4 NightOwl FDA approved sleep study devices. (The choice between these two different sleep study devices will depend on availability. but also if you primarily treat children or not. If you primarily treat children, please specify the SleepImage device.) This package also includes 5 months membership in Sleep Balance Academy online sleep education for chiropractors. Also Included, is the software called In Hand Health or Body Site patient portal, including the costs of both the onboarding initial orientation training and 5 months of portal membership in which you will enroll 1000 patients with the patient phone app at $10-$20 each so you can easily monitor patient’s sleep self reporting to your office and be profitable doing so. It includes us coaching and monitoring of your progress. You will also get scripts to follow on the leads. It includes a slide deck for community sleep disorders seminars and webinars. Finally, it includes group online events training for 5 months to get you started.

After the initial 5 months on this program, you will then go off the monthly group coaching program and will revert to the monthly membership in Sleep Balance Academy of $90 per month and you will continue your membership with BodySite ongoingly from that point forward at $200 per month. If you do not want the BodySite subscription, you can keep maintained on SBA at $90 per month. Your membership in SBA allows you to continue to purchase sleep products at SBA membership prices and also continuing education on new sleep health science as it progresses. Also new offers and benefits from SBA will continue. These fees are more than offset with the BodySite patient monthly memberships for remote patient monitoring you will receive. This alone could bring in over $10.000 to $20,000 per month if you have 1000 patients enrolled in remote patient monitoring.
