This medical director program provides coverage for one entity, led by Dr. Ryan Wakim, MD. Not all states where healthcare practices are located will qualify at this time. The procedures covered in the package include stem cell and exposome IV injection therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, shockwave therapy, cosmetic laser treatments (both intraoral and extraoral), and sleep disorders diagnostics and services. This service also automatically includes the healthcare individual membership in the Sleep Balance Academy FreshLearn online CE program, as well as the benefits of ordering sleep supplies at lower costs. For those ordering sleep studies, interpretations, and LMNs, you will continue to order these as you have been. However, if sleep medicine or sleep dentistry is the only service you need, then this subscription is not designed for you, and you can continue to order those services as you have been without ordering this Medical Director subscription.
This is a minimum monthly fee that includes up to two offices in this entity and up to 15 procedures per month. It includes that entity employing or contracting with up to 3 nurses in the combined offices.
Additional nurses, procedures, and office locations will have further fees associated with that increased volume.
